A MESSAGE FROM CEO & FOUNDER
After achieving my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Minor in Economics at Ohio University in 1991, I went to Michigan State University for my graduate study. I registered ExpoTech USA Limited in 1996 while I was a graduate student at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. I registered ExpoTech BD Limited in Bangladesh in 2002 and ExpoTech UK Limited at Bradford, United Kingdom in 2003. And then ExpoTech Innovation Limited and ExpoTech Properties Limited in Bangladesh in 2024.
In Columbus, Ohio, USA, I purchased 195-196 Chittenden Avenue, Columbus, Ohio-43201 in 1995. I developed the building into four 1 bed-room apartments, one commercial office space and another basement work-shop space. I drove four hours every weekend for two months from East Lansing, Michigan to Columbus, Ohio to paint the whole building myself in order to reduce cost. The following year in 1996, I purchased 155 West Macmillan Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio and renovated the whole building to the top-notch and rented all commercial space from Attorney’s offices to Medical Diagnostic Centre to a telephone call centre. My passion for real estate grew and started from there at the age of 21 years.
My main purpose is to get the right deal done for my clients. ExpoTech Properties Ltd wants to deliver value for our customers, provide opportunities and progression for our staff, ensure we are valued members of the Dhaka Real Estate Community including REHAB.
